Tool
Component
Verification Tool, or CVT, facilitates quick and
complete inspection of assembled circuit boards to
ensure that all components are in place and that the
reflow soldering has taken place correctly.
The CVT can be made for:
1. Verification of SMT components, and/or through-hole
components.
2. Screen printer pin placement (facilitates faster
set-ups).
3. Component locator for odd-size parts on pick & place
units with trays.
The CVT is
made from an ESD-safe custom-extruded polycarbonate
material made for SolderMask, Inc.
It is available in 30 mil, and 50 mil thicknesses and is
cream-white in color. |
